So for this outcome i had to make an image that plays with 3D and features myself with some sort of mutation or super power. I had to think a while about how to make something for this, i suck at costume, and i could easily make an image that consists of a drawing of myself, maybe even a little 3D version of myself, but i dunno, i couldn't decide wether that was cheating or not because it wasn't actually me in the image. I decided it would be so i just moved to thinking, what in my environment could i use to present a mutation. Then a saw a mirror and hey presto an idea was born, twin heads!
