Im so so so pleased to have done this, its a project that I've really wanted to work on for a few years now and am really glad that i finally had the opportunity to make it. As a finished work, Im proud of what I've made, but feel that i would like to make another version for an actual submission to publishers later down the line. Don't get me wrong, this is a strong groundwork, but I feel that it stylistically is a little too standard for a comic. I really want to create something that would seem different visually to stand out. I also feel the pages I chose for the example weren't the most interesting selection.
Regardless, the most important thing to me is that I can handle the task of creating a comic such as this. I really cant wait to use the holidays to continue work on this project, and hopefully make further advances in my practice, just like I have from making this example.
