Waxin lyrical: Getting to know sketch up

Sketch up has been a dream to use, really easy to get in to and totally delivering on my needs currently. I started straight away creating an environment for my lyric zine. A little cul de sac of shops.

These screenshots showcase the potential of the programme, both allowing me to make accurate scenes, and also experiment with different positions and angles, an invaluable feature. Just a shame about the lacklustre lighting system.

I tried to improve the lighting and add some texture to the piece when illustrating the type and characters over the top.
