Lino print induction

We were given a bit of a refresher as to the workings of the print room, with some free segments of lino, i tested an image I intend to create for a page of my book.

What will be a background, this will be a farmers home as Orwell and his friend ask for work. A few revelations came from making these. A) there are sections that would benefit from having an outline rather than a vague shape, and B) you can roll the roller itself after using it to print, as the image will still be engrained, if thats the right descriptor. A neat trick, but something I don't see being too handy, does give out a really nice texture though, so nice to keep that in mind for the future.

Another little test with some spare time, its crazy how big a difference multiple prints can make, but gives some really cool textures because of it, another thing to keep in mind.
